Do I Really Need a Deck Interview, Your Questions Answered
What if I’ve already started reading with this deck, do I still need to do an interview?
Yes! If you’ve never done a formal interview, yes, do one now. It’s never too late to receive information from the deck.
What if I have a good bond with my deck already. Should I do an interview?
You can always ask if there’s anything else they would like you to know. Like every relationship, you can always sit down and have a good conversation over a cuppa.

What if I haven’t used a deck for a while. Should I go back and do an interview?
Yes! Sometimes people won’t use a deck because they tried a few times and never seemed to get any guidance that resonated. Do a deck interview, you may be surprised at what you find out. Like, you have been using that deck for something other than was originally intended.
Are there other ways to bond with my deck?
Yes! One of the first things I do is to handle each card. I look at every one taking in my first impressions before moving on to do anything else with the deck. More to come on that subject. Stay tuned.

Do I really need to write it down?
Yes! One of the most powerful tools that I know of is writing things down on paper. They stick to our memory better and it’s easier to spot patterns. Many patterns in our life remain invisible to us until we see them repeat over and over again on paper.
What if I don’t understand what the cards are telling me. What should I do?
Write down anything that comes to you while you’re doing the interview. If nothing is coming to you, write down the key words on the cards themselves. What the cards are trying to tell you may reveal itself over time. If you have it written down, you can go back and review later after you’ve had some time to sit with the information.
